Overview

Use Singles Advanced Search when you need a list of people whose questionnaire or profile attributes match specific rules—for example a location, status answer, or date field.

Labels match brand mek (en) in Admin.

Open this screen

  1. Open the Singles Management area in the side menu.
  2. Choose Singles Advanced Search.

Build filters

Filters live in the Attribute Filters card at the top.

  1. Click Add Filter to add a row.
  2. Pick an Attribute from the list (you see the admin label and attribute group).
  3. Choose a condition—for example contains, equals, is empty, or before/after a date when the attribute is date-based.
  4. Enter or select Values. For choice questions, pick from the offered answers; for free-text autocomplete questions you can type values.
  5. Repeat for more rows. When you have more than one filter, choose AND or OR so all rules must match or any rule may match.
  6. Click Execute to load the table below.

Use Clear All to remove every filter row and start over. Your filter setup can be kept in the browser address bar so you can bookmark or share a search.

Results table

After you execute, the lower table lists matching people with columns such as Name, Age, Gender, Created, Last Suggestion, Last Login, and Status.

  • Click a row to open that person’s profile.
  • Use the table’s Status filter and Internal switch the same way as on the main Singles Management list.
  • Toolbar actions may include Copy profile IDs and, when your brand enables it, Copy emails.
  • The list is paged; move through pages at the bottom of the table.

You must add at least one complete filter (attribute chosen) before Execute returns results.

Advanced actions

Only senior managers see the bulk update control.

When you have filters in place and your role allows it, Bulk Update Attributes opens a dialog to set an attribute value for everyone who matches the current filters. Confirm the attribute and values carefully before submitting.

If you are unsure whether bulk update is appropriate for your brand, check with your team lead before running it.
