Overview

View Potential Matches shows people the system considered as possible matches for one end user—scores, deal-breaker hints, and comparison tools. It is always opened for a specific person, not from a global menu item.

Labels match brand mek (en) in Admin.

Open potential matches

  1. Go to Singles Management and open someone’s profile.
  2. At the top, click View Potential Matches (only shown if your role has access).

The header summarizes the person—Gender, Age, Height, build, and Last Search: (when the latest match run completed).

What you see in the table

Each row is another profile the matcher scored against this person. Columns depend on your brand and role, and may include:

  • Photo and Potential (name)
  • Age, Height, Location, Single's Marital Status — when your brand shows the extended potential-match layout
  • Bio scores and Predictors — often for brand managers
  • Deal-breaker summaries for the person you opened and for the potential match (hover or column info text may list which preferences conflicted)
  • Last Suggestion on the other person’s profile when that column is shown
  • Check Match — opens a side-by-side introduction comparison for the two profiles

Filters and actions

Narrow the list or trigger a fresh search.

  • Profile ID — search for a specific other profile in the results.
  • showAll — include more rows than the default view when enabled.
  • showDealBreakers — filter by which preference fields caused deal-breakers (options come from your brand’s attribute setup).

Use Search suggestions to ask the system to run a new suggestion search for this person. Refresh the table after it completes.

This screen is read-only for match scores; creating introductions is done from Introductions History on the profile or from the Introductions area.
