Overview

The Singles Management screen lists people who use your app. You can search for someone, filter the list, and open a profile to see more detail.

Labels below match brand mek (en) in Admin—the same translation file the app loads.

The user table

Open Singles Management in the menu. Depending on your role and brand, you may see columns such as:

  • Brand — only when your organization manages more than one brand
  • Photo — small profile picture
  • First name and Last name
  • Age and Height
  • Gender
  • Type — for example parent or single accounts (not every brand shows this column)
  • Created — when the profile was created
  • Last Suggestion — see below
  • Last Login — when the person last signed in successfully
  • Status — current account status
  • Actions — click the row or the edit icon to open the profile

Managers (full access on this screen) see Singles Statistics at the top, can filter by status, and can browse the full list page by page. Other roles do not load the full directory automatically—you need to type in the search box (or turn on a special filter such as showNoIntroduction when your brand shows it) before any rows appear.

Accounts removed for privacy (Deleted) never appear in the default manager list.

Type column

👤 Parent

A parent account can be linked to child accounts. The parent often helps review suggestions for a child.

👤 Single

The person manages their own profile and suggestions.

💡 Last Suggestion

Shows when the system last treated this person as having a new suggestion waiting for their review—for example when they are the initiator on a fresh introduction, or when they are the responder on an introduction the other person already approved.

It is not the same as “last time they opened the app.” Use Last Login for sign-in activity. The value can be empty if nothing is currently waiting on them in that way.

Search and filters

Search box

Use the search field (placeholder: Name, email, phone etc...). The system figures out what you mean:

  • Email — if it looks like an email address
  • Phone — if you enter digits (you can include country code)
  • User ID or Profile ID — if you paste the long ID copied from a profile
  • Name — otherwise it searches by first or last name

🔍 Several people at once

Separate emails, phones, or IDs with a comma, semicolon, or put each value on its own line.

Other filters

📊 Status

Choose one or more statuses to narrow the list. Available to managers.

🔧 showInternal

Turn on to include Internal test accounts. They are hidden by default so the main list stays clean.

⏰ showNoIntroduction

When your brand enables this switch, it lists active users who have no recent suggestion date (or none at all) within your brand’s configured window—often about 90 days, but your team can change that number in brand settings.

The list also skips internal test accounts, people in certain exclusive groups, some personal-approach categories your brand excludes, and anyone whose status changed recently. Use it to find active singles who may need a manual follow-up.

1
Search
Type a name, phone, email, or ID. You can search for several values at once using commas or new lines.
2
Filter
Add status or switch filters to shrink the list to the group you care about.
3
Sort and pages
Click a column header to sort when available. The list shows 200 users per page; use the pager at the bottom for more.

Pages

📄 Moving through the list

Each page shows up to 200 users. Use the controls at the bottom of the table to go to the next or previous page.

Profile Status

Status labels come from your brand settings. These are the usual meanings for mek:

✅ Active

Profile is approved and the person can receive new suggestions.

⏳ Pending approval

Onboarding is done; waiting for admin approval to go active.

📝 DNF Questionnaire

Signed up but has not finished the onboarding questionnaire.

⏸️ Paused

The person paused their own account for a while.

🚫 Deletion pending

The person asked to leave; the account is being wound down.

🗑️ Deleted

Personal data has been removed for privacy.

⚠️ Suspend / Block

An administrator suspended the account.

💤 Non Active

Marked inactive after a long time without logging in.

⏸️ Paused by Admin

An admin paused automatic new suggestions; manual suggestions may still be possible.

⏸️ Missing info

Waiting for the user to complete something before moving forward.

🎉 Engaged

The person is in an engaged match.

📅 Dating externally

In a dating stage of the introduction process.

If you see other status names on your brand, ask your team lead what they mean for your workflow.

Changing someone’s status happens on their profile page, not from this list. A status change is stored on the profile, can trigger brand communications, and appears later under Profile Status Logs on their profile.

What the list is doing

Plain-language effects when you search, filter, or open a row—so you know what the numbers mean.

🔍 Search

Admin looks up the person in your sign-in directory (email, phone, ID, or name) and then loads the matching profile from your brand. No profile is changed by searching.

📋 Manager browse

Loads up to 200 profiles per page for your brand, optionally filtered by status and whether internal test users are included. Sorting uses the column you clicked when sorting is available.

⏰ showNoIntroduction

Runs a dedicated “no recent suggestion” report instead of the normal paged list. It is meant for outreach on still-active accounts, not for editing statuses in bulk.

👆 Open a row

Opens the full profile screen where you can review details, change status (if allowed), and take other actions.
